With a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, we also offer a hire-on bonus to welcome new team members.

This position is uniquely designed for a remote telehealth model, allowing flexibility in scheduling while maintaining full-time hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and establish individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Prepare crisis intervention plans and behavioral guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

• Timely documentation of client interactions and treatment protocols, utilizing evidence-based screening tools as instructed by the clinical team.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, integrating holistic treatment strategies.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, serving as a key participant in maintaining optimal service delivery standards.

• Establish effective communication channels with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to facilitate client care.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote our services and identify potential partnerships for future collaboration and funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending conferences and representing the agency at statewide meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse client populations, ranging from individuals experiencing mental health challenges to those navigating substance use recovery and developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help these clients build resilience and adapt to life’s challenges through tailored support and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a mandatory requirement.

• An active and independent LPCC license, certified by the state board.
\n
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing detailed reports that meet regulatory standards.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and treatment strategies.
