Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, for individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and treatment planning meetings to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on providing therapeutic services to diverse individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, particularly clients who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. This includes working with those who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California is mandatory.
