Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs, risks, and strengths, developing detailed treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing suitable therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific concerns of clients.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide clients with comprehensive care focusing on their mental, emotional, and psychological well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other patient information in accordance with organizational standards and HIPAA requirements.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and professional development to continually enhance clinical skills and treatment approaches.

• Stay abreast of emerging research, best practices, and changing trends within the mental health field to effectively inform your practice.

• Strictly adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Pinnacle, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our client focus is broad, targeting issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and overall mental health maintenance. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• A valid and active LPCC license in California, enabling independent practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients from different backgrounds and with varying needs.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health records and teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working independently without direct supervision in a clinical environment is highly desirable.
