Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to create a conducive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss treatment stability, and determine the appropriate timing for discharge plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are centered on the individual needs of each client, ensuring they are adaptable as needed throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with organizational standards.

• Perform initial intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, tailoring techniques to the unique needs of clients.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LPCC will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field is required.

• The candidate must hold a current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

• At least three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating the ability to effectively support clients through therapeutic interventions.

• Capable of utilizing technology effectively, including proficiency with spreadsheets, electronic record management systems, and communication tools (e.g., Outlook, PIMSY).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, which is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include a fee-for-service model with guaranteed payment rates, providing your compensation ahead of client collections.
