Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, focusing on addressing the unique psychological and emotional needs of each patient.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions, transitional groups, and support networks, promoting recovery and resilience among participants.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention and management, ensuring timely and effective support for patients in distress.

• Maintain ongoing adherence to clinical documentation standards and state regulations, ensuring all records meet legal and ethical requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will be primarily working with individuals facing severe mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and other complex psychological conditions. You will have the opportunity to conduct assessments, one-on-one therapy, family counseling, and structured group therapy sessions designed to build coping skills and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required, along with an active LPCC license issued by the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
