Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload, cultivating strong rapport and professional relationships with each client.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and upcoming therapeutic goals, including planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and refine individualized treatment plans that prioritize the needs and goals of clients, ensuring a person-centered approach.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and assessment records.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine each client's unique needs, contributing to tailored treatment strategies.

• Engage in individual supervision and continuous professional development, focusing on enhancing therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse outpatient population, encompassing individuals and families seeking mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted LPCC license to practice independently.

• Proficiency with technology, including experience using spreadsheets, RMS systems, and email management tools (e.g., Outlook, PIMSY).

• Expertise in conducting intake assessments and providing direct therapy services to individuals or families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise. Griffin and Associates operates under a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed pay rates ahead of collections, ensuring timely compensation without delays. In addition to salary, we offer:
