Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific goals and mental health needs.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and clinical integrity.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
