Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that effectively address individual needs.

• Administer a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe environment where clients feel encouraged to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records consistent with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to manage patient information efficiently.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and collaborating on client treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California is essential.
