Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history effectively and identify suitable treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, focusing on trauma recovery and building resilience.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that assist patients in processing their trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely care.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms while providing resources for additional support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities centered on trauma-informed care, fostering ongoing learning.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we offer a range of benefits that include:
