Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions: Lead and manage engaging group therapy sessions where clients can openly share and learn from their peers in a safe space.

• Provide Individualized Therapy: Conduct individual therapy sessions that focus on exploring clients' thoughts and feelings, tailoring approaches to meet their unique needs and preferences.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create goal-oriented treatment plans that address their mental health issues and define clear pathways to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health treatment field, particularly with the adolescent and young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Highland Rivers Counseling Center is pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
