Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you'll play an integral role in our outpatient treatment center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling services, helping clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to track and evaluate clients' progress, while regularly providing constructive feedback to enhance their treatment experience.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Communicate and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, including coordinating care and consulting on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. Our treatment center offers evidence-based and holistic programs specifically tailored to their needs, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current, valid LCPC license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
