Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and reliable clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team to ensure holistic care and comprehensive treatment strategies that address all aspects of client well-being.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training, ensuring best practices in mental health interventions.

• Support clients through crises and transition points, providing guidance in navigating challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
