Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused methods to deliver effective treatment.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups in a manner that fosters trust, openness, and personal growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive client care and referrals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide care to a broad spectrum of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical or outpatient mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
