Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic and engaging group therapy sessions focused on fostering connections among clients, encouraging sharing of experiences, and promoting mutual learning.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct empathetic and personalized counseling sessions to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing actionable coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and effective adjustments to treatment plans.

• Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Team: Regularly communicate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and share insights that enhance client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who require support in overcoming a range of mental health issues. Within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will engage with clients facing diverse challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and transitional life issues. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you help nurture resilience and foster hope within this critical age demographic.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
