Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct individual assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored therapy strategies that promote healing and personal growth.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client groups, including individuals, families, and couples, while adapting techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy to meet client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to client care, actively participating in case consultations and treatment planning.

• Engage in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay up-to-date with advancements in mental health practices and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical context, enabling you to handle a variety of therapeutic situations effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• A solid understanding of ethical and legal standards associated with the practice of counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive benefits including:
