Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. However, our therapists also have access to our outpatient office in Columbia, MD, should they prefer an in-office setting on occasion. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to craft individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of client groups including individuals, couples, families, and support groups.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of clients' treatment are addressed.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records to comply with both ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications\n
