You will ensure continuity of care by collaborating with both outpatient and inpatient teams, contributing to triage evaluations and crisis interventions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate patient biopsychosocial needs through comprehensive assessments, establishing clear and effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized and group psychotherapy sessions, administering evidence-based strategies to address varying mental health challenges.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with psychiatry and other relevant departments to discuss patient progress and care adjustments.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to all program and regulatory standards.

• Engage in crisis management and triage evaluation, ensuring that immediate patient needs are met promptly and effectively.

• Adhere to ethical standards and organizational policies, maintaining professionalism throughout all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our focus includes providing supportive therapy for families and couples, with particular emphasis on enhancing communication and resolving conflicts. Experience with substance misuse and trauma-informed care is highly beneficial, as many of our clients present with challenging backgrounds and histories.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000, with additional bonuses available based on performance.
