This position is predominantly remote, complemented by work within our outpatient counseling office, which serves the Essex, Maryland community. As a counselor, you will have the flexibility to reach clients through telehealth options, as well as in-person sessions as needed, allowing you to accommodate diverse client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine each client's specific therapeutic needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, employing various methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
