Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding patient confidentiality.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting methodologies to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops and training to remain current with advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted License as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Guidance & Growth Counseling Services offers a SIGN-ON BONUS as an incentive to join our dedicated team.
