This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to engage with our outpatient office in Chicago as needed. Our practice operates seamlessly, offering clinicians the autonomy to manage their schedules within our service hours of 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and determine tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, encouraging resilience-building among clients.
\n
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely and effective responses.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them to navigate the healing process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities with a focus on trauma-informed care.

• Stay well-informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts will primarily focus on processing trauma for children, adolescents, and families, guiding them through significant challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:
