Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building and maintaining trusting therapeutic relationships that adhere to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate, ensuring comprehensive support.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, for each client.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to understand client backgrounds, needs, and therapeutic requirements, ensuring tailored service delivery.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions and actively collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate client care effectively.

• Maintain a growth mindset, seeking continuous professional development and embracing new therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Comfortable using various technology platforms, such as RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY, to manage client information and documentation.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually based on your experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model allows for guaranteed rates, enabling you to receive payment ahead of collections, enhancing financial stability. Additional benefits include:
