Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay updated on the latest advances in mental health treatment and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCPC will primarily serve individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health resources. Our diverse client base includes adults and children facing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Unity Harbor Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice coverage. Additionally, the center supports its counselors with extensive client referrals, reducing caseload management stress.
