Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while adhering to best practices for electronic medical records (EMR) management.

• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
\n
• Stay up-to-date with developments in mental health through participation in professional workshops and ongoing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be to support a diverse client population, many of whom may have limited access to mental health services. You will address a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your commitment to providing culturally competent care will empower clients to work effectively toward their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community mental health setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
