This position allows for a remote work setting, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our outpatient counseling model provides flexibility in scheduling, enabling counselors to meet with clients at convenient times. Working from Spring Creek, Nevada, you will utilize your clinical skills to provide therapy from your home office, thus supporting a healthy work-life balance while still maintaining proximity to a vibrant community in northern Nevada.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create tailored treatment plans aligned with client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a personalized approach to each session.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain precise and compliant clinical records while adhering to ethical standards set forth by the industry.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide support to a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on caseload and experience.
