Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic, one-on-one therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them explore their feelings and develop coping mechanisms.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), addressing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients often face issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be essential in guiding them through their struggles, fostering resilience, and facilitating their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential in Illinois.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and understanding.

• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and methodologies, particularly those applicable to young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000.
