Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, client-centered care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and staying current on mental health research, integrating new methodologies into practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role is competitive and ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
