Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies catered to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to explore and address their concerns.

• Document patient progress accurately and engage in record-keeping that aligns with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
