Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and nurturing a therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess progress, address stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring client goals are met.

• Design, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client notes, treatment plans, and progress updates in compliance with industry standards.
\n
• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish a pathway for future therapeutic engagement.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision and participate in collaborative treatments with peers and other healthcare professionals.
\n
• Foster a growth mindset through ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on helping children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, trauma, and related mental health issues. Our clinicians use evidence-based practices to empower young clients, helping them to develop coping strategies and resilience. By working closely with families, clinicians enhance the therapeutic process and improve client outcomes across various environments, including school and home.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• Proven ability to fulfill credentialing prerequisites for relevant clinical settings.

• An understanding of and commitment to maintaining professional ethics and patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience working directly with youth in mental health settings, including psychiatric and substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency with assessment and diagnosis, as well as experience providing both individual and group therapy.

• Strong computer literacy, with effective use of electronic health record systems and basic keyboarding capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
