Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Haña Wellness Clinic, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure an effective therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, review treatment plans, and discuss goals, stability, and discharge options when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and assess individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Document all client interactions thoroughly, keeping up-to-date progress notes and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and facilitate appropriate treatment interventions.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly and participate in ongoing individual supervision to support professional growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
