Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing and maintaining strong relationships founded on trust, respect, and professional boundaries.

• Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress, including regular check-ins to evaluate stability and prepare for future appointments or discharges.

• Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client, continually assessing and adjusting as required.

• Document each client’s journey meticulously through timely progress notes and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with organizational policies.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to establish a foundation for effective treatment and ensure appropriate care paths.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, with a focus on evidence-based practices that promote client engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role emphasizes a focus on youth and young adults, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, and substance use disorders. Clinicians will be expected to apply therapeutic techniques that are developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Proven ability to meet internal credentialing requirements across relevant clinical settings.

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals dealing with substance use issues.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing effective individual and group therapy.

• Competence in using technology for documentation and therapy delivery, with basic keyboarding skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
