Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Haña Wellness Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct and facilitate meaningful group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to connect through shared experiences, discuss their challenges, and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Offer personalized and empathetic counseling sessions, guiding clients through their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies and actionable plans for improvement.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans designed to address their specific needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.

Your role will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 facing mental health challenges. Our clinic’s intensive outpatient program (PHP) utilizes evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches to effectively support our clients’ recovery journeys. You will have the opportunity to help these young adults navigate their struggles, promoting healing and building resilience that leads to lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) certification in the state of Nevada.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
