This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a supportive team. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, providing you the autonomy to manage your schedule within these hours. The in-house credentialing and management of your insurance participation and scheduling streamline your administrative workload, letting you focus on what you do best—helping others.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and tailor interventions appropriately.

• Provide graduate-level clinical social work or counseling interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide patient recovery.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication and documentation, including participation in patient rounds to ensure cohesive care planning.

• Implement case management strategies to coordinate care with hospital and community resources, ensuring comprehensive support for patients.

• Demonstrate a commitment to ethical practices by completing timely documentation and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada is required.

• Ability to commit to providing between 10 to 40 hours of therapy sessions per week, with some flexibility based on client needs and your availability.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy is essential.

Experience in outpatient therapy settings and familiarity with various treatment modalities, including CBT and other evidence-based practices, is highly beneficial.
