Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health status, treatment needs, and personal goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges, including issues related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and culturally responsive methodologies to ensure effective treatment.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary, ensuring a holistic support network for your clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele from the Las Vegas area, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of four years of experience providing mental health counseling is required.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and proven experience with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in an inclusive and culturally sensitive manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n
