Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, to identify clients’ mental health concerns and needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create customized treatment plans incorporating evidenced-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Offer individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring the therapeutic approaches are tailored to each specific case.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary and work with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation including treatment plans and progress notes while adhering to clinic policies and regulatory compliance.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with tools and knowledge to manage their mental health effectively.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for your clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
