Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A fully active license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited licenses or disciplinary actions against your professional conduct.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a strong ability to connect with clients empathetically.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth sessions and familiarity with electronic health records.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience in hospice care, grief counseling, or work with lower-acuity populations are highly valued.
