Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily includes stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for a range of mental health concerns. You will work with individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in your state as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and applicants must have a clean disciplinary history.

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Proficient in using technology for counseling services and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, based on working hours and experience. Additionally, we offer a compelling sign-on bonus as an incentive to join our team. Full-time therapists also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
