Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work setting, enabling you to balance personal and professional commitments effectively. Our practice operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the understanding that some flexibility in scheduling may be needed to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, gaining insights into clients' histories and current needs to establish tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to support diverse clientele.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster community, while addressing shared mental health concerns and promoting coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals, ensuring cohesive, holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during acute mental health emergencies, helping clients stabilize and access necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client population, including adults dealing with mental health conditions ranging from mild to severe. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
