Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring ethical standards and compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have a clear professional history with no disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a sympathetic nature, and the ability to establish rapport with clients are essential.

• Proficient computer literacy skills are needed to navigate the telehealth platform and maintain accurate client records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working within a telehealth setting or familiarity with solution-based therapy approaches can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n
