Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessments: Conduct thorough client assessments, understanding their mental health conditions and histories through engaging consultations.

• Therapeutic Planning: Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Regular Sessions: Hold regular counseling sessions, using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused therapy to guide clients toward recovery.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, referring clients to additional resources as needed, including psychiatric evaluations.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment outcomes within the electronic health record system.

In your role as a counselor, you will work with a wide array of clients facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, requiring a high level of cultural competence and sensitivity in therapy. Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth or virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
