Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients struggling with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disorders. Our client base includes adolescents and adults, each seeking personalized therapy that addresses their specific challenges. The aim is to foster resilience and equip clients with strategies to navigate life’s difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A non-judgmental attitude coupled with empathy and compassion, crucial for building trust with clients.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to balance a patient caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Proven expertise in utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
