Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of assigned clients.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify appropriate treatment modalities based on DSM-V diagnostic criteria.

• Prepare and maintain client case materials, including treatment plans and required statistical data for performance tracking.

• Efficiently complete clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards within set timeframes.

• Achieve contractual obligations by billing a target number of reimbursable hours while maintaining the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage documentation and billing tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n
