Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals and best practices.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and regularly monitor client progress during sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring inclusivity and cultural responsiveness.

• Offer referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, as necessary to enhance client care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes within the electronic health record system in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Maintain ongoing communication with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes and facilitate holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse clients who present a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse challenges. You will employ culturally competent practices that respect and honor each individual’s background, thereby fostering an inclusive therapeutic atmosphere. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding clients toward recovery and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• At least four years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and ethical guidelines within therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with a diverse client population effectively and sensitively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
