Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to gauge their emotional and psychological needs.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans in congruence with evidence-based practices, regularly revisiting and adjusting these plans as needed.

• Provide ongoing counseling and crisis intervention services for clients facing emotional difficulties, ensuring timely support.

• Maintain consistent communication with referring physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient progress, treatment adjustments, and any emerging issues.

• Document clinical and progress notes accurately and promptly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, in line with compliance regulations and internal policies.

• Collaborate with clients’ families and support systems for comprehensive discharge planning and ongoing support strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Bradford Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
