This remote position allows you to provide critical mental health support to clients in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, applying evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and licensed psychologists, to provide holistic care and share insights on complex cases.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review discussions to enhance treatment quality and stay informed on industry best practices.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and resources available within the community to support their mental wellness.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health research and practices to continually improve patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily include adults seeking help for various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Your role will focus on developing a strong therapeutic alliance with clients to empower them on their journey toward mental wellness and resilient living.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A deep understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and the ability to apply these techniques effectively to serve each client’s unique needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
