Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus on low-acuity, pre-screened clients, which allows you to direct your efforts towards meaningful therapeutic interventions without the overwhelming caseload associated with higher acuity cases. This role emphasizes supportive therapy aimed at fostering resilience and enhancing quality of life for clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and various life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related area highly preferred.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, fostering a safe and secure therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
