Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services by developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, recovery-based treatment plans.

• Assess ongoing treatment needs through regular evaluations and adjust service plans as necessary.

• Assist clients in developing critical coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through guided sessions.

• Educate clients about available community services and advocate for their needs by connecting them to essential resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on supporting adults aged 18 and older who experience barriers to achieving mental well-being in their everyday lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure by the state board in California, including LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent.

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain compliance with ethical standards.

• No past disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor to build rapport with diverse client backgrounds.

• Computer literacy to efficiently utilize electronic health records and telehealth platforms.

• Access to a reliable internet connection for virtual work requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
