Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a wide array of mental health conditions, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. You will be responsible for creating a trusting and empathetic environment, allowing clients to engage fully in their therapeutic processes. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid, current license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of diverse mental health disorders.

• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy in a manner that promotes inclusivity and cultural competence.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills and the ability to approach difficult situations with professionalism and composure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
