Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments using standardized tools to identify the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients.

• Design tailored treatment plans that incorporate client strengths and preferences while addressing their specific mental health issues.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions that utilize various therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Document all clinical encounters and progress in a timely manner, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client data.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to collaboratively review client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving individuals who experience a range of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and various substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
