As a member of our outpatient care team, you will work remotely, allowing for flexibility in your daily routine while maintaining support from your colleagues through regular team meetings and collaborative consultations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health status using standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to devise individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address specific client needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring all aspects of health are addressed.

• Maintain detailed and organized clinical documentation within our EHR system, documenting therapy progress, treatment modifications, and client feedback to enhance care delivery.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with tools and strategies to support mental wellness and cope with challenges beyond therapy sessions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices and enhance your skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. You will be instrumental in developing personalized treatment approaches that respect and understand the cultural backgrounds, identities, and experiences of the individuals we serve, fostering a safe environment for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency with a range of disorders and therapeutic techniques.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, strong crisis intervention skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Experience with EHR systems and the ability to manage clinical notes effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in both individual and group therapy with a culturally responsive approach.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting is highly preferable.

• Specialization or additional training in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, or family therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
