Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client backgrounds, challenges, and goals, effectively guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals struggling with emotional and psychological challenges. You will meet clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health issues. Your compassionate approach will be central to establishing strong therapeutic relationships and promoting healing and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active state license/certification relevant to your discipline, with eligibility as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a mental health setting is necessary.

• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, with an ability to quickly establish rapport with clients, fostering an environment of trust and openness.
